About WhitworthKee

An organizational change management, research, and evaluation firm focused on measurable outcomes

When data creates a bridge to finding the path forward, and ongoing support and partnership generates funding resources for critical programs, so much is possible. WhitworthKee is proof. Since inception, we have helped partners chart their next steps with confidence, equipping them to make data-driven decisions that produce desired outcomes for their organizations, programs, and services.

The process of partnership begins with understanding the context of programs, organizations, and populations. Afterward, we customize data collection and analysis methods to yield richer insights. This approach helps partners achieve meaningful, measurable change, set direction for the future, and maintain a pulse on what is working and areas for opportunity.

Meet a research company with learning at its core

WhitworthKee was founded by Dr. Chad Kee in 2016.

From the beginning, WhitworthKee’s mission has been to support educational organizations in improving the professional and personal experiences of students, faculty, and staff. As a growing organizational change management, evaluation, and research company, WhitworthKee has expanded our reach beyond educational organizations to provide planning, research, analysis, and insights for multiple markets, including federal, state, and local government; nonprofit organizations and NGOs; and corporations. As a result, our mission grew to include a range or organizational types beyond education. This expanded reach builds on our expertise and delivers on Dr. Kee’s original goal, providing organizations clarity, focus, and direction to improve outcomes for all.

They also bring experience in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research approaches.

Add a partner-focused firm to your team

Getting to know our clients and their operations is critical at WhitworthKee. Providing novel solutions to the complex problems requires trust. That’s why we work to form connections and build rapport, the building blocks of cooperation and collaboration. Through listening, asking questions, and developing trusting relationships, we work as one team to meet our partners’ needs.
